Very amiable staff, it was very good stay.

There were a writing table, a couch, and a new carpet in the room, liked that. The private parking was on-site, excellent service. The hotel has peaceful and convenient location next to Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Florida coast and the Desert.

No Iron in the room - requested for one which never arrived. Coffee Maker but no coffee, Very dirty carpets Bed Bugs on Bed Breakfast had no variety, the creamer was bad and nobody changed it.

The units were generally clean with large spa tub. The services are nice, including a good pool.

given wrong room there was no hot water. no towels were available. Phone did not work, was supposed to be two beds given terrible sofa sleeper. no extra sheets for sofa. awaken in middle of night to riot and police coming. worst place I have ever been in.

I like the location of the hotel, the landscaping inside and the size of the room.

The lobby, café and elevator was not clean and can tell that this facility is not well maintained by housekeeping. The glass in the lobby and elevator were dirty for two days. Also, the trash can outside the elevator was dirty and the landscaping is not been kept up. In addition, I left my room and placed the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and when I returned my room had been touched up. This is a very nice establishment but the lack of upkeep is obvious!

The hotel was pretty clean. In a very convenient location. Tracey one of the hotel staff persons was very helpful and had a great personality.

our room was switched 3 time in less than 48 hours. We never had clean towels. Our TV didn't work. The outer part of the bathroom didn't have doors on it. The ice machine was out for two days and there were unruly hotel guests in our floor. The management staffeSnot available to check me out so I could do nothing about any of my inconveniences. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board and the iron barely got hot. Plus it was really dirty. Some rooms were much nicer than others but the beds slept worse. All the couches in the rooms were run down.

The pool was fantastic for my three grandkids to enjoy, and I loved the spacious King Suite. It was cleaner than I expected and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the shower was amazing-plenty of hot water each time!

In my kids' opinion, the breakfast options were pretty limited. They wanted more choices like pancakes or waffles to start their day off right.

Brought us a pot of coffee to our room. Manager gave us food for breakfast since we missed the cut off time. Service was nice.

Bed was broken and worn down. Room wasn't cleaned for the second night. Could smell cigarette and pot smoke from the room next door. No kitchen. Phone didn't work.

Location was good. That is all.

We reserved 2 rooms each with sleeper sofas. One room did not have one, the other room's ac did not work. We were told it would kick on "eventually." The lobby & hall has no a/c so it's lava hot. No bedding for sofa bed, when I asked for some I was told it was too late because housekeeping was gone, so we used our beach towels as blankets. No pillows. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee! No milk! I asked for some coffee and was told he could make me some instant, this was 30 mins after it started. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money!

Beautiful hotel with excellent co-operating staff and good wi-fi. Unique room, amazing bathroom and amazing service. Good views all around. Marvellous location in the great area, right by the downtown area, and the shopping malls & restaurants. Very nice overall experience.

The hotel was nice with personable personnel. I enjoyed the room with a spa tub, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast at a nearby Waffle-house🙂😃

I enjoyed a spacious king suite with a comfortable bed. The indoor plants in the lobby added a nice touch. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Parking was easily accessible 🌿
